We are excited about working with you to create innovative plans that deliver growth and help your business reach its potential.
We Mean Business, London was founded by Lesley Bambridge; who after 13 years of working in senior marketing positions on some of the UK's biggest brands (Lucozade, GSK, Ferrero Rocher, Aquafresh, Kinder Surprise) decided that it was time to share her experience to help women entrepreneurs who don't have the luxury of large marketing teams; and the We Mean Business, London concept was born.
With the ambition of sharing the best practice in marketing and brand management to help you build your business, Lesley is passionate about helping female entrepreneurs and small business owners succeed and achieve that next level of sales growth.
"Creating the right marketing strategy for your business is essential in helping create a memorable brand experience for your customers and share an authentic story that sets your business apart."
Lesley uses a personalised and tailored approach to suit your business requirements, working with you to build a package that offers you the right level of marketing support.
Why women entrepreneurs?
51% of the UK population are women, and whilst here are almost half a million new start ups created each year (SFEDI report) and the no. of female entrepreneurs has risen by nearly 10% in the last 2 years (Office of National Statistics); still only 19% of business owners are female (RBS, Women In Enterprise Report) and only 26% of FTSE 100 board members are women.
Although this figure has grown from 12.5% in 2011, there is still a long way to go to reach gender balance (Women on Boards, Davies Review 2015).
Our mission is to support women entrepreneurs who are running their own business to ensure that these figures continue to grow. Our marketing consultancy and marketing mentor services are able to provide a network of experience, support and advice to compliment you and your needs.
"When women support each other, incredible things happen."
By combing your ideas, knowledge, passion and determination and our years of marketing and commercial business experience we can build a marketing strategy and plan to grow your business. We will help you ensure that your brand and business delivers against your goals and fulfils its potential.
